How to activate a smiONE Card? ›

Free, unlimited cash withdrawals at MoneyPass ATMs. Use the smiONE Card mobile app, visit www.smiONEcard.com , or call 1-855-816-9711 to activate the smiONE card, create a pin, check your available balance, deposit checks, and more.

Use your smiONE Card at the ATM to withdraw cash. We don't charge a fee to withdraw cash at any MoneyPass ATM, but there is a $2.50 fee at any non-MoneyPass ATM. Third-party ATM operator fees may apply, even if you do not complete a transaction.

To find a merchant nearest you, log in to your smiONE Card account in the mobile app or online account center and select “Load Cash” from the Quick Links menu, or visit https://www.visa.com/locator/readylink. Go to any cashier and tell them you'd like to add money to your prepaid card account.

You can add other funds with direct deposit or mobile check load¹, withdraw cash, transfer funds to authorized users, and make purchases in stores and online wherever Visa debit cards are accepted.

Yes. Use smiONE Mobile Deposit to deposit checks to your Card Account. You can also have your paycheck, tax refund, unemployment benefits or other government payment direct deposited to your Card Account.

You can suspend your Platinum smiONE™ Visa® Prepaid Card via the Platinum smiONE mobile app (iOS / Android) or your online account center.

The smiONE card is a prepaid Visa® card that can be used anywhere Visa® is accepted. If you do not currently have your support payments directly deposited to your bank account, support payments you receive from the Family Support Payment Center or the State of Missouri will be issued on an smiONE prepaid card.

If a card needs to be activated, the ID number and activation code will be on the card, as well as a website and toll-free phone number via which you can activate the card. Gift cards that need activation may also require you to use a PIN.
