Briefing room: Organ harvesting, R v Obeta and othersLast week I attended a conference on organ harvesting which followed the first trial for trafficking for the purpose of organ harvesting in English legal history. Significant trade of organs is known to be happening in many countries but there is no real idea of just how prevalent the issue is. https://lnkd.in/ejYQx7gX

Interesting to compare my old town of Midland to my new town Granbury. I shared Granbury a few days ago; $450,000 is median list price in Granbury, and avg days on maket 49. Pretty comparable to Midland.Let me know what town you'd like to see. #Texasrealtor #housingtrends #realestateinvesting

Sometimes the grass isn't greener.Sometimes it is 🦗We're very lucky here at Isotope to work with a number of established agencies - agencies that in years gone, might have been working with other support partners &, as & when they could, have started exploring their options.& then Isotope have been very lucky to start working with them. The biggest hurdle? ⬇️Intiera. It can (at times) defy logic. You know you need to move on to better (or rather, more suitable) things for you & your agency but you don't because - well that familiarity gets the better of you 💯You see it everywhere, you know? 🍃 Whether that's migrating away from Sky TV, but the decades of familiarity with them causes you to second guess yourself again & again & again;🍃 Or that's moving away from Three Mobile because the signal strength rivals that of something a literal three-year-old would engineer;🍃 Or perhaps you're moving from supplier X to Isotope because you know, for you & your agency, it's just a better fit. Interia plays a big part.& so it should. But, in my eyes at least, it shouldn't stop you. But what do I know? I've been with Sky for 12 years. #recruitmentstartup #recruitmentinvestment #recruitmentbusinesssupport #recruitmentbusinesssetup #businesstips #recruitmentstartuptips

I may not have a witty answer for all the objections I get on calls, but every time I had the chance, I simply said, "Zuper is built to scale along with your business" and here is the wrap for 2023#fsmtoolsoogooditszuper😎 #futureproofingservicebusiness #fsm

Oil, Energy, Land, and SkyGarth Brooks sings it loud and clear, “The thunder rolls and the lightnin’ strikes”. In the image, Oil Energy Land and Sky, the oil field plays the role of the mistress. Because for many of the men and women in the oil, and gas, industry, as she keeps them out in the storm and far from home. The oil patch requires long hours of dedication spent away from their families and friends in all types of weather. This ‘relationship’ is truly a demonstration of the love, and devotion, our oil field workers have for their families. As this area of employment allows them to support their households. However, there is a sacrifice, they must make to survive in this industry. She rewards those who can face a little thunder and lightning and yet finish the job.No storm, cold, heat, or any other elements, mother nature, can dish out will keep these men and women from building their oilfield career. First, the lightning, in this image, demonstrates a strong level of energy hitting the ground all around the oil site. Then the strength, of the lightning, is parallel to the strength of the oil field. They seem to stand side by side. Finally, it is as if the lightning is coming from the ground; that the energy is actually coming from the oil itself. This energy is what drives West Texas, to be the leading player in the oil industry. In this case, the player is willing to weather the storm, to build an economy. Of course, this community can be proud that she continues to demand the best. Because out here, Oil Energy Land and Sky is the quest of every man and woman.www.bobcallender.com#oilfieldphotography #oilandgasindustry #oilfield #oilfieldservices #oilpatch #bobcallender #roughneck #driller #energystrong #permianbasin #pumpjack #pumpingunit #oilindustry #petroleum #westtexas #fineartphotography#officespace
